Zerobroker is a listing service, not a brokerage.
A licensed partner brokerage files the MLS listing. Flat fees only. We never take a percent of the sale. Basic is $1,000. Premium is $2,500.
We write the listing. Basic includes MLS filing by a licensed partner brokerage and the listing description — you upload your own photos. Premium includes those, plus empty-room photo prep, a dedicated home website, a yard sign, and an AI receptionist option. Showings, access (including any lockbox), negotiations, contracts, and closing stay with you.
Zerobroker is a listing service. We do not answer buyer calls unless you choose the Premium AI receptionist option. Scheduling and conducting showings, access to the property (including any lockbox), remaining buyer inquiries, and all negotiations and closing are your responsibility. We do not act as your real estate broker or attorney. Prior to closing, we recommend you hire a licensed attorney to handle closing. By continuing, you agree you remain responsible for showings and the sale.
Your listing stays live until it sells or you ask us to take it down. MLS duration follows the partner filing.
Email contact@zerobroker.us before the MLS files if you need to cancel. Once the listing is live, the fee covers work already done.
