What we collect
Property address, listing details, photos you send or ask us to prepare, and contact information (email and phone) so we can reach you about the listing.
How we use it
To write and publish your listing — a licensed partner brokerage files the MLS — prepare empty-room photos on Premium, offer an AI receptionist option, and process payment for the plan you choose.
Who else sees it
The payment processor at secure checkout, and a licensed partner brokerage for MLS filing. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Listing records are kept for the life of the listing and a reasonable period after it ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner where the law allows.
