FAQ

Straight answers about listing with Zerobroker.

Is Zerobroker a brokerage?

No. Zerobroker is a listing service. A licensed partner brokerage files the MLS listing. We do not act as your real estate broker or attorney.

What do I still have to do?

You handle showings, property access (including any lockbox), negotiations, contracts, and closing. On Basic you take buyer inquiries. Premium can use your phone or the AI receptionist option. We recommend you hire a licensed attorney prior to closing.

What do you do after I list?

Basic covers the listing description and MLS filed by a licensed partner brokerage. You upload your own photos. Premium includes those, plus empty-room photo prep, a dedicated home website, a yard sign, and an AI receptionist option. You handle showings, access, negotiation, and closing.

Do you take a percent of the sale?

Never. Flat fees only. Basic is $1,000. Premium is $2,500.

Do you answer buyer calls?

Not on Basic — you take your own inquiries. Premium includes an AI receptionist option, or you can list your own phone. Showings stay with you either way.

How long does a listing stay up?

Until it sells, or until you ask us to take it down. MLS duration follows the partner filing.

What is your refund policy?

Email contact@zerobroker.us before the MLS files if you need to cancel. Once the listing is live, the fee covers work already done.

Where does the listing syndicate?

A licensed partner brokerage files the MLS. From there the listing typically appears on major public listing sites, plus your Zerobroker listing page.
